From October to April off-peakers can enjoy the villa at fantastic rates.
The villa divides discretely into two separate floors, each with their own access, sitting room, kitchen, dining room, and three bedrooms.

To achieve this only involves closing and locking one door. Consequently you can choose between taking the whole house or just half.

During the cooler months off-peakers have more to do than visitors in the high season; you can tour, walk, swim outside in the hot Fonte Verde spa, ride, visit restaurants, and ski on the slopes of Monte Amiata (see www.amiataneve.it).

To join the Villa Felceto off-peakers you commit, but only after your first visit, to pay Euro 1500 on joining, and on each anniversary of that, in exchange for each year having;

• two weeks of one half of Villa Felceto (sleeps six)
• or one week in the whole house (sleeps twelve)

In each case with heating, logs, sheets and towels (changed weekly).

When booking your first visit, let the owners know that you are considering becoming an off-peaker. You will then get this discretionary rate, but with no commitment until you decide that you like what you found and want, to join.

You have to commit to giving six months notice of leaving the club unless you introduce new members at the same time.

The number of off-peaker members will be restricted to no more than 25, and allocation will be on a first come first serve basis except that the owner’s family take priority for Christmas and Easter.
